Ella was admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales in 2009 before commencing practice in South Australia in 2012.
Prior to joining Rosey Batt & Associates in 2015, Ella worked in private legal practice in insurance litigation and Wills & Estates.
Ella has advised and represented clients on a wide range of legal issues and predominately deals with complex family law matters involving property, children’s issues and superannuation. Ella is also experienced and equipped to prepare Financial Agreements (previously known as Pre-nuptial agreements) which can be entered into before, during or after a marriage or de facto relationship.
Ella places a strong emphasis on resolving disputes at the earliest possible stage to minimise both financial and emotional stress for clients and providing pragmatic care arrangements for parents and their children.
Ella also advises clients in the areas of Wills, Estates, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Advance Care Directives. Ella has experience in the Magistrates, District, Supreme, Federal Circuit and Family Courts and the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (SACAT).
Ella is a member of the Law Society of South Australia.
